You have 30 days to return unwanted items.
If a return is requested due to an incorrect or damaged order, we will cover the return shipping costs. For items that are unsuitable, the return shipping cost is €6.90 in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €7.90 for Italy and Germany. Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging. The product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used, as any damage or use will result in a complete depreciation of the product's value, and a refund will not be issued. If these conditions are not met, the product will not be refunded. For defective products, no return is necessary, and a refund will be issued within 15 business days.
**Please ensure your return does not exceed the maximum size allowed for the collection point service or by the carrier. This option is only available for parcels weighing less than 30 kg, with a maximum length of 120 cm and a total size of 150 cm (length and circumference combined). *** The refund will be processed once the order arrives at our facilities. Our quality control department will inspect the product upon arrival. The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged. This process will take up to 15 business days, depending on the quantity and the product.
