Home delivery (DPD)
Compactor delivers to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, Italy and Germany.
Any order received before 10:00 AM on normal business days will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery location.
Home Delivery (DPD) – Delivery is free for all orders over €70 in mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, Germany, and Italy. Orders below this amount are subject to a delivery charge of €8.90.
The delivery service includes one delivery attempt to the recipient's address. (It is important to provide your mobile phone number (not a landline) as the carrier will call you on the day of delivery. Deliveries are generally made anytime between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. If you are not home or do not answer, the carrier may deliver the package to the nearest available pickup point. Please note that if the package is left at a pickup point, you will have a processing time that can vary from 7 to 15 days, depending on the pickup point.)

Delivery to a collection point (Mondial Relay)
Collection point (Mondial Relay) – Delivery is free for all orders over €60. Any order under €60 is subject to a delivery charge of €5.90.
Service available in metropolitan France.
The parcel will be delivered to the Pickup Point of your choice, where it will be held for 15 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
