Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the website www.compactorstore.com (the “Service”) operated by CIE EUROPE SAS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Purchases

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Unfair Terms in Contracts Act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

If you wish to purchase a product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, but not limited to, your credit card number, credit card expiry date, billing address, and delivery information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method for any purchase; and (ii) the information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete. You expressly agree that CIE EUROPE SAS is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the submission of false or inaccurate information.

By submitting this information, you grant us the right to provide this information to third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the product or service description or price, errors in your order, or other reasons. You expressly agree that CIE EUROPE SAS disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from such cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Delivery

Compactor delivers to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, Italy, and Germany. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the product at a nearby pickup point, and the customer will be notified.

However, if within 7 to 15 days (depending on the relay point) from the date the product was deposited at the relay point, the Customer does not take delivery and does not give instructions to CIE EUROPE SAS, the order will be automatically cancelled and the product returned to CIE EUROPE SAS.

In this case, CIE EUROPE SAS will proceed with the refund of the product by credit to the Client's bank account within 15 days of the cancellation of the order, less the return costs for orders from metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, Italy and Germany, which are the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced to them.

Availability, errors and inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our product and service offerings on the Service. Products or services available on our Service may be misrated, inaccurately described, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. You expressly agree that any such offer of a product or service does not constitute a legally binding offer that could give rise to legal consequences.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. The "Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies" section is without prejudice to any existing statutory rights.

All contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. If the rules of a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion's rules will prevail. The terms and conditions of any other "Promotion" are independent of this agreement.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not legally available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person or entity without proper authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene. You expressly agree that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from false statements you make in this regard.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CIE EUROPE SAS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CIE EUROPE SAS.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CIE EUROPE SAS.

Termination

All provisions of the Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, provisions relating to ownership, warranty exclusions, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
